Pino’s Pizza & Restaurant is that local spot and offers excellent food, nice, local staff, a party-room for large groups, and some top-notch wings. Kennon House was voted the best restaurant on the lake, and it even offers a grand buffet on various holidays. Kennon is located in a historic landmark known as “the Mud House” building, which was built in 1792. This popular Lake Gaston destination offers an outstanding dining experience and features an upscale setting for elevated comfort food. Relax inside by the fireplace after a long day on the water!
The Club Lake Gaston Resort is Gasburg’s premier outdoor resort and stays nestled along the Virginia banks and the beautiful 20,000-acre lake, Lake Gaston. The Club has the best that nature has to offer. Here, you can unwind along their private beaches and visit the exclusive multi-million dollar clubhouse. The Club has amenities galore, including a 10-lane bowling center, marina with boat docks, a clubhouse, restaurant and lounge, a fitness center, and a hot tub.

Gasburg, like many Lake Gaston areas, is a hot center for paddling, hiking, and bicycling, thanks to tons of bike trails around the area. In addition to the natural environment and its endless bounty of activities, the Lake Gaston Golf Club offers the best golfing in Southern Virginia. This golf club has 18 holes that wind through the wooded countryside and overlook the spectacular views of the crystal clear lake.
Pass the time at the Pea Hill Creek Country Store, a community gathering place attached to the Kitchen Table, which sells BBQ, breakfast, and desserts.
